He's full of class that bloke. Him and the giant black toilet brush (Willian).

Just saw the result. I don't even know what the fuck this shit is anymore.

So turns out this injury crisis may not be as catastrophic as first thought. Alexis and Santi look like they'll miss Sunderland and are in doubt for Olympiacos, although the club is waiting for more scans today to know more about Alexis' injury.
There is more good than bad news though. Club is hopeful Koscielny will be back in training before the weekend and the same with Theo who could be back in full training later this week and possibly on the bench against Sunderland. Gibbs is also expected to be fit after missing Norwich with a calf problem.

Cazorla could be out for up to 3 months.

Cazorla is easily one of our most important players; if he's out, we're boned.

We can't just have all good news can we  Of course Cazorla has to have ligament damage, with Koscielny maybe back this weekend and Sanchez only out for 3 or so weeks we had to have someone miss a big chunk of time.
We're a little lucky in the sense that we get Ox and Rambo back to give us at least some options, and hopefully Jack will be back soon for a few weeks at least.

So unfortunately Cazorla is looking at like 3 months out. Theo and Koscielny though will have fitness tests on game day to decide if they take part.
Team pretty much picks itself for me really: Cech; Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny(Gabriel), Monreal; Flamini, Ramsey, Theo(Campbell), Ozil, Ox; Giroud

So Arsene confirms Santi could be out until March. Along with Coq's injury this would mean surely we get a midfielder in January, either buy one or a loan.
Arsene also confirmed that Theo and Kos are a chance for Saturday and will have be assesed the morning of the game.

Goal aside, if this is what we're going to be like with no Santi then we are fucked. This midfield is a complete disaster

Flamini is too agressive. We were shit in midfield against West Brom and Norwich. We're actually moving the ball forward well tonight, and are actually playing with some tempo. Not sure why we persist on a high line with Mertesacker in the team still.

For all the stick Campbell gets, he's actually been huingry, fighting for the ball, constantly moving and doing his job.
I haven't seen Chamberlain.

Chamberlain is a shell of the player he was a few years ago. Really worrying. Would bring Theo on for him or Giroud.

Ramsey takes the game by the scruff of the neck and we finally start playing some beautiful football. Who would have thought it.

Also no surprise to see us lift when Theo comes on. Although going ahead just as he came on did help

Ramsey of 2 years ago would have had a hat trick. Considering it's his first game in CM for us in a year, what an overwhelmingly positive performance, scored one, created one and got himself into great positions, all whilst keeping it ticking over and feeding Ozil.
My last 3 months of bitching having been vindicated tonight with a better performance from Ramsey than Cazorla's put in for months :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
Just need to work on Flamini sitting in the middle now and not launching himself at every possible tackle.

Yeah that's never going to happen with Flamini so we better just embrace it
With United, City and Sp*rs all dropping pts all that matters was getting the win and thank fuck we did. Great to see Theo back just in time for Christmas and a period where Giroud is definitely going to need a rest at some point.

I'm guessing Walcott will come in for Ox for the Olympiakos game, feeling really confident in our attack right now, think we can do it.

Honestly the league is so mental this year we could suffer our usual mega injury crisis and still be up there right at the end.
