Its a random rumour and a very un arsenal thing to do. But would rather vardy then pay €50 mil for morata who has done nothing. Dont know anything about Rodriguez. Is he a massive upgrade on nancho?

I actually love Girouds attitude towards our club and his position. Has never shirked away from competition, has actively encouraged it and has always worked hard. Has probably played his best football when there's direct competition for his spot as well.
I think some of the stick he gets is very unfair, it's not his fault that he's been pretty much our only striking option for 2 years.

So according to Ornstein Vardy's decision will be made before England leave for the Euros tonight. 4 year deal in place apparently and terms agreed with Leicester, so all up to Vardy now.

I'm still super confused by us wanting Vardy but what I will say is if reports are true we've triggered the 20m buyout clause and have offered him 120k pw, but then other reports are true that West Ham will pay 25m for Walcott who is on at least 100k pw, then I consider it a no-lose situation :lol:

This whole Vardy delaying a decision to focus on the Euros means 1 of 2 things. Either he hasn't made a decision and does want more time, or he has made the decision to move and doesn't want it announced so it's not a big deal at the Euros. If he'd already decided he was staying at Leicester I think it would have been announced.
