You're 6 points behind 4th place not 4.

Tottenham have had a similar season to last season, winning games with almost a whole team on the injury table. Watch out for the likes of Bale and Modric to hit top gear. I don't think we will beat AC Milan so our focus will return to the EPL very quickly. Chelsea look unimpressive this season after a fast start. I can see them getting pushed all the way to the title. Reds need to keep key players fit to have a chance. I question Liverpools depth given that they've had to go a lot of the season under strength and it hasn't been a good one.
My opinion is that the team that turns their home into a fortress and is consistent away will take 4th.

Agree. I'm very happy to think we still have Suarez and Carroll to come in.
If we get some lucky with injuries we could do it. I have no idea how he is going to fit Meireles, Lucas, Gerrard, Suarez, Kuyt and Carroll into one team. He'd have to go back to a back four.
Suarez---------Carroll--------Kuyt --------Meireles----Gerrard--------- ----------------Lucas--------------- Johnson----Agger---Carra----Kelly
The only way I can see them all fitting in.

433... I'm cool with that, Kuyt seems to be allowed to be more attacking and creative, and his workload hasn't decreased with this shift... Meireles in an advanced role WIN!

It is a bit of a double standard. It's a similar offence to what Babel did.
I guess Wilshere is English... :-"

It's hardly the same thing. Babel questioned the referee's intergrity and implied that he was biased towards Man Utd. Wilshere just asked for consistency which tbh we can all agree on I think.

Why didn't Wilshere say it after an Arsenal win...

The biggest mistake Chelsea made was playing Torres. By making the match all about Torres they just played into Liverpools hands imo. If Torres doesn't play it's a totally different match. Major oversight by Ancelotti.

I sense an agreement between Ancelotti and Roman - "Play him for at least 60 minutes, I just spent 50m on the guy. In Soviet Russia, goals score you!"

He's still questioning the ref's integrity. He still said the ref got a decision blatantly wrong, which is not his call to make, subjective or otherwise. He should have been disciplined. Bullshit decison by the FA sydneycroatia58 wrote:The biggest mistake Chelsea made was playing Torres. By making the match all about Torres they just played into Liverpools hands imo. Edited by sydneycroatia58: 8/2/2011 03:10:17 PM Chelsea's biggest mistake was playing such a critical game with a whole new tactic. As I've said before, they've essentially been playing the same attacking tactic for the last five years. And they gor surprised by Kenny playing three at the back, and they paid for it. There was too much emphasis put on Torres and that benefitted us. Things changed after they subbed him off and we were lucky to hang on, but a win is a win. It would be truly poetic justice if we continued this run of form, caught up with Chelsea and knocked them off fourth spot on the last day of the season. Hey, a guy can dream, right?

Quote:Liverpool Keeper Admits United AppealAfter losing their hero, Fernando Torres, to Chelsea, it looks as though Pepe Reina is interested in jumping ship and joining the team at the top of the league.“Yes, well Van der Sar will hang up his gloves in the summer so of course they are looking,” Reina told Spanish radio station Ondo Sera. “I can’t do anything. I can’t say anything logically as I have a contract with Liverpool. Of course one likes to fight for titles and be in a team that does that. We always fought to be in the Champions League and try to win the title. But unfortunately it hasn’t been the case in the last couple of years.” With Liverpool looking to miss out on Champions League football again this season, the keeper has reiterated his desire to play at the top level “I won’t lie, I want to play in the Champions League and challenge for titles,” added Reina. Whilst it’s nice to see a player interested in joining United, I do wonder whether he’s the man for the job. He’s a good keeper but he hasn’t proven himself to be a great keeper. On his side he has the fact he’s got plenty of Premiership experience and at 28, still has plenty of years ahead of him. http://therepublikofmancunia.com/liverpool-keeper-admits-united-appeal/ A United link but might be a talking point for Liverpool fans...

I don't see how saying this "If Diaby goes, what's the difference between that and Nolan on our keeper?" Is the same as saying a referee is biased towards a particular team. He was just pointing out an inconsistency, Babel wasn't doing that.
