Maybe shopped? Either way, reports everywhere about it, almost certain of it happening.

Everyone's almost certain, but I'm almost certain that these prices are coming from Milan and Aqua's agent rather than anyone else.
Six million Euros for the 'Mister X' they're after is bullshit, especially from a club owned by Berlusconi. 20 million quid, never really had an impact, spent most of the time out on loan, what, three years left on the contract? and there's the idea we're going to let him go for a quarter of what we paid for him?
Wouldn't be good business. I wish the club would fucking say something about it instead of leaving it all up to Aqua's agent and Milan.

Quote: Reds agree Aquilani deal Liverpool FC confirmed today they have reached agreement, subject to medical, for Alberto Aquilani to join AC Milan on loan for the remainder of the current season. The deal includes an option to make the move a permanent one. Director of Football Damien Comolli said: "I want to pay tribute to the way Alberto has conducted himself during these discussions. "Throughout the entire process, his only desire has been to play football and he has put this ahead of any other considerations and at personal cost to himself. We wish him well for the season ahead." http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/reds-agree-aquilani-deal

Ok Aqua is gone. There are rumours about Cole going to QPR. Any chance of getting rid of Poulson

Why get rid of Poulsen?
He could come in handy if we get an injury to our car park stewards.

I'm not sure - he's not very good at directing traffic on the field ;)

Its done http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/reds-agree-aquilani-dealSame as Juve, Loan and option to buy out (I have heard it is if he plays 26 games or more they have agreed to buy him automatically). hopefully this has made it so if they buy him it will be higher than 6mill

Raul's injury apparently kills off the Chelsea deal.

 Raul joining chelsea? Get off the grass!
Shame to see him injured without Gerrard there to step back into the side. Things this week will be interesting. Hendo needs to step up.
This Aquilani thing is a fucking joke.

Raul only out for two. Sweet. When does Stevie come back?
Coates at Melwood for a medical. Wooooo!
Things are looking up. Although I'm shattered to see Aquilani go. IMo Aquaman>Hendo.

Aqua is definitely better than Hendo, but Hendo still has a lot of learning to do.
Stevie's not back until the second week of sept from what I'm hearing. Meireles could have been far worse, he's lucky. But we'll still miss him.
Coates deal should be done and dusted by the end of the weekend hopefully. Maybe even tonight.

He won't go anywhere else. He wants to play for Liverpool and that's it.

Confirmed Insua to Sporting. Good stuff, love the way we are trimming the fat from the squad (pun intended)

Who knows, all that time in the Portuguese academy might make him half decent.

Liverpool's confirmation for Insua leaving doesn't say anything other than that he is going http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/insua-leaves-liverpoolEdited by moofa: 27/8/2011 05:51:11 PM

 He's already rebuffed City in preference to playing with Suarez. I don't know that Godin will have the same appeal to him.
