And the images are in the top menu - I haven't used them yet and don't really plan to, they're a bit unwieldy.
KA - what are our chances of getting a red/yellow card, goal, sub and injury smiley in the emoticon menu? Is it possible?

Hang on, no, it's in the 'settings' menu - 'show/edit panelists/producers'. And a little 'live' icon next to the users names' tells you who's online.

The emoticon menu isn't customisable unfortunately.
May have some more good news on the presentation of your commentary soon - work in progress but if it comes off, you'll like it. A lot.

Fantastic news!
Has anyone had any success with getting it set up on their phone? I can only read it by downloading the coveritlive app and reading from there, but because I'm logged in I can't leave any comments. Is there any way around it?

I've been able to read normally on my android phone, but I presume you don't have one of those...

Buddha, I've just edited your post because I've updated the schedule.
So we need a replacement for Saturday night.

I think you'd have to do it through the Coveritlive website itself in that case, I have no idea about iPhones. :D

What'd you guys think of the newsflash for the team news/half time stats?
I was considering putting one up for the score as well, but with one goalscorer, it was a bit redundant.

I was considering putting one up for the score as well, but with one goalscorer, it was a bit redundant. I thought it was fantastic. The team news, with the subs, should become standard. Stats probably aren't as important, obviously they are for half time, but once it becomes late in the match, they are almost irrelevant. It might be too much information to add in the one news-flash, but we might be able to add the goal-scorer into the team-news. For tonights example: Central Coast: Ryan, Wilkinson, Doig, Zwaanswijk (Goal 36'), Rose, McGlinchey, Bozanic (Lewis 69'), Griffiths, Amini (Hutchinson 59'), McBreen (Kwasnik 80'), Simon. Bench: Hutchinson, Lewis, Kwasnik, Henderson. Or is that too amateurish?

What I did so the teams fit on screen and you didn't have a little scroll-bar show up, was take them off the bench when they came on - so when Hutch came on, he wasn't on the bench any more, he was only next to Amini's name.
Makes sense, too.
And I'm not sure about the 'goal' thing in the team news newsflash - perhaps a whole separate one for scorers/red cards? There wasn't any action in that regard to make one up for this game, but perhaps that should be standard. I think I'll probably change from trying to fit all the scorers in next to the 'half time' bit in the scoreboard to only putting the scorer of the most recent goal there, and having all the others in a newsflash.
But yes, the team news newsflash worked well with the subs, streamlined it nicely. I still put the subs in the coverage because I'm not sure how many people look at the news flashes or scoreboards...

Yeah, really like the idea of having the lineups in the Newsflash. I reckon that rotation of News/Scoreboard should go like this:
1st Half -Lineups How you did it is fine Scouse. Only change I would make is have it one per team. So one Newsflash for CCM, and then one for Fury, or whoever is playing.
-Keystats Following the Template I posted Earlier: Melbourne v Adelaide Stadium: Etihad Crowd: 16,269 Referee: Ben Williams Bookings:
Goalscorers: Adelaide - Iain Fyfe (2') Victory - Robbie Kruse (22') Victory - Hernandez (68')
-Scoreboard
Half Time -Lineups As Above
-Full Stats This is for your Shots, Fouls, etc.
Scoreboard
Second Half -Basically exact same as the first half.
How does that sound?

I'm a bit concerned the newsflashes will take away from the commentary itself if there's too many - hence condensing the lineups/subs into one newsflash tonight. But I think that's a good template to work from. We can see how it works when somebody does it, I guess. :D

My idea would be to have 2 newsflashes, one for game teams and subs (as shown by mizza on the previous page) and one for the crowd figure, yellow and reds card and goal scorers. Will try this tomorrow in my match and see how it works out

i dont think we should put too much in the news flash. it takes away from the game and it means there is too much in the flashes at the bottom.
plus with games that have quick turnovers like tonight, it makes it difficult for a commentator to do the commentary and put all that in the news flash.
