umm maybe with the Brisbane game being called off Buddha can be my support... also had another idea, for big games like the Asian Cup final could you have co-commentators or would that be too difficult

was thinking about the asia cup final. was thinking we would have our normal commentator who is calling the game and then another commentator would chirp in every so often with tactical and technical aspects of the game, like they have on tv. offer that extra bit of insight to the fans and also make the service more in depth.

I still don't have Foxtel back - I've had power since 6pm yesterday though.

So fingers crossed that I'm still able to do the game.

Funky, do you still think it is worth doing the Saudi's v Japan match Monday night? It's a dead rubber now because it's going to take a monumental disaster for Japan not to make it through and the Saudi's can't get through no matter what.

Hmmm. I can see your point, but it'd be good to do at least 1 game from each group, IMO.

It could possibly be a good match still, but yeah, I can see it being a bore draw. I'll ponder, see what others think as well.

I was out and about, and noticed no-one had started the coverage so I just bullshitted and said we had technical difficulties so I could get home to start it 10 minutes late!
