This song was a staple of the late night infomercials for the Rock Ballads collection. Love it.

Would love it if these guys reunited.

I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen, but Justin did just guest on the new Meatloaf album....

Yeah. The rest of the band seem pretty happy in Stone Gods, but fuck it'd be awesome.

Without a doubt.

I used to love sitting there watching them, managed to know the words to each part of every song that came on...and memorising which one was next etc...so good. We need them back.

3/4 aint bad:p

Your right, I don't really think Gyroscope belongs there :p They can't compare to pendulum and avril. Although, i did just find out that one of my friends at school has a cousin in Gyroscope.

...Sigh. It would be 4/4, but you picked a really shitty Avril song.

Fixed for your approval?

Graham Nash and John Cale Receive Order of the British Empire

by Paul Cashmere - June 12 2010

Queen Elizabeth II has awarded Graham Nash of The Hollies / Crosby, Stills and Nash and John Cale of the Velvet Undercover the Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).

In separate statements, both artists were thankful for the award although Cale has no idea was he was given it. "I'm stunned. It makes you think 'well maybe I did something right' ? and now I've got to figure out what that was. I thought I was too much of a tearaway," he said earlier today.

Nash was truly honored. "Everything I learned about being a decent human being I learned in England and I am grateful to be honoured by the country of my birth," he said.

Nash received the award for his services to music and his charitable activities. His career started originally in England as a founding member of The Hollies. The band took its name from Buddy Holly.

Nash moved to the USA in 1968 and formed C,S,N with David Crosby and Stephen Stills. The trio has also recorded three albums with Neil Young as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

68-year old Cale was born in Wales but made his name in the USA with Lou Reed in the Velvet Underground.

The Queen has awarded actress Katherine Zeta-Jones the C.B.E. this weekend as well.

Justin Bieber Is Dead According To The Internet

by Paul Cashmere - June 12 2010

Google`s third most searched for term today was `Justin Bieber Died`.

The celebrity death rumours seem to spread like wildfire on the internet these days with the Bieber story the second major fake celebrity death story this week.

Russell Crowe’s demise was also greatly exaggerated just 48 hours ago.

Last year, in a rush to get a story to air, Australia’s Richard Wilkins chose it was more important to be first that correct when he killed off Jeff Goldblum. Goldblum went on air with Stephen Colbert a few days later to prove the Wilkins story was incorrect. Colbert refused to believe the in-the-flesh Colbert because Goldblum’s death had been reported “on the Internet”.

Tom Hanks and Tom Cruise have also met with a similar fate to Goldblum, Crowe and Bieber. However, we don’t expect a rebuttal from Gary Coleman anytime soon. Occasionally, the internet does get one right.

Isn't that the second time Russel Crowe has died in the last 12 months?

He was reported dead the same day Michael Jackson was.

According to The Pulse of Radio, TOOL frontman Maynard James Keenan told RollingStone.com on Thursday (June 10) that the band is "quietly working" on a new album that will be released "when it's ready." Asked if the group might possibly test out some new songs on the road this summer, Keenan said, "If it comes together, yeah, you'll hear some new stuff. If it's not ready, you won't." The band's summer trek kicks off on June 19 in New Orleans.

Keenan hinted that the tour might include some new visuals, although he also joked, "Maybe I'll just come out in my birthday suit. A 46-year-old naked dude running around onstage. Let's see how that goes over."

The singer, who's been working with side band PUSCIFER and tending to his vineyards for the last couple of years, also said that a fourth album from his other act, A PERFECT CIRCLE, is in the early stages, explaining, "We've got some riffs and some music. It's just basically playing it over and over again while driving and waiting for things to fall into place."

It wouldn't be the first time he's performed wearing not much at all

I've been hearing talk that he's been working on new stuff for a couple of months now. This album could seal Tool's place in all-time greatness. I'm really looking forward to seeing what direction this all takes...and whether we'll see some more Tapeworm released.
