Do people here know much about our women's development pathways?

Do NPL clubs have womens teams? Do A league clubs have npl clubs like the men's?

Can we get a womens fa coe in canberra up again?

What are some low hanging fruit we can improve?

thanks for the reply and a delayed welcome back! Glad to hear npl has womens teams. Is this all the way down (npl2,3,4 etc)? And sounds like a league teams dont have a womens team in the npl?

do you know if the nst is supposed to have a woman's comp too?

Not all clubs are in the NPL and not all have NPL sides all through the system. Some of them are not even in NPL and play in QPL or BPL. These are much lower quality leagues. There tends to be a certain group of clubs that would be considered the clubs you go to if you want NPL football. As a result, some of the girls are travelling over an hour one way to play for a certain club. Obviously not ideal when they have full time jobs as well.

I don't believe the NST has a womens comp planned. There's enough issues with getting that off the ground in itself, let alone adding a womens comp.
