Initially this section was set up and slowly built up as a forum to discuss performance.

A number of punters view it without posting much. I know because I've been PMed by punters who post infrequently. Now is the time to come out and show your support for the efforts of some 442 members who have made positive contributions to discussion.

Unfortunately, the section has been derailed by two notorious trolls - both banned from the former TWGF, an achievement in itself. These guys are both retirees, with little else to occupy their time.

We seem to have lost input from Arthur, Aussiesrus and Andy J, who have all been harassed by the two trolls. They contributed to this being an interesting, constructive, productive and friendly section of 442, which reflected a level of camaraderie amongst punters interested in performance. Sharing of information was also carried out regularly and willingly.

Aussiesrus also had official 442 approval to start his ASA thread.

I for one greatly valued their positive input through noteworthy articles, delineating training regimes and making interesting, positive or constructive criticism of other posts.

The three aforementioned posters have all contributed to me being a better coach and mentor, by raising constructive points/articles/training ground exercises.

I have also learnt different training drills/perspectives from Krones and Dirk Van Adidas.

I have also learnt about differing levels of proactivity of FFA state branches through Forbze.

Localstar raises fair points which nearly always pose counter perspectives to mine.

General Ashnak, Magnificent 11, Nickk, Jets Fan, Ton Of Bricks, Heartinator, plus others, have all raised thoughtful comments about performance.


I have also learnt about scenarios occurring in different states.

It would be a shame to see this section of the forum ruined by the forces of darkness. They are essentially counterproductive - only posting negative and facetious comments, never proffering any training ground regimes, never posting any interesting links to videos/articles, never starting any constructive threads. They generally try to disrupt, hijack, troll, insult, derail productive discussion through facetious, cynical and mischievous intent.

At the same time I acknowledge the right of freedom of speech and the right to pose counter perspectives and sometimes the difficulty for 442 mods in administering the 442 charter.

I have also been told that there are some other 442 members, equally as rude and obnoxious as these two trolls. They must primarily post in Extra Time or somewhere on this forum I rarely frequent.

If you are concerned about the degeneration of the Performance Section, please add your comment here. Hopefully, it will be the last time we have to waste time on a negative subject.

So anyone questioning someones credibility and outlandish claims is a troll? Maybe there are some on here that have been involved in the football milieu for many years and are quite bemused at the lack of credibility by some in the current epoch pontificating to the ignorant.

You or others want to make outlandish claims, be prepared to be taken to task on them.

I would hazzard a guess that this sub forum was not setup purely for you to exercise your sizeable ego.

If I see misinformation being regularly trotted out as fact then I will make a comment. Be it the performance forum, the australian forum or any other forum here or elsewhere.

I am not here to have smoke blown up my arse, or to blow smoke up anyone's arse. Yes, I am known to be blunt - I cut through the padding and bollox quickly. However, it is recognised that I am also very reasonable. I see a lot of good stuff posted on 442 but, unlike you, I don't have this insatiable need to give these posts my red stamp of formal approval (based on esoteric football theory).

If it is your intentions to build up a team of 442 allies and friends list, go ahead. If it fails, there's always facebook.

You realise that as a middle aged man that parades around as a grandmother, any statement you make about lacks any sort of credibility whatsoever.

Not everyone will agree with every comment another member of this forum will make. But, you obviously go over and beyond what is "healthy" and just oppose every ideal that your small brain cannot comprehend.

Criticise - go for it, but how about backing it up with a idea of your own, that you think may supplement the initial idea?

Judy Free, why do you bother coming on this forum? Nobody listens to you because all you ever do is rip into Decentric but you have nothing to back up anything you say. I have not seen a single constructive post from you. You derail threads and piss everybody off. Just give up your crusade and stick to a forum where you actually like the people.

Their problem is they troll forums trying to find anyone that likes them. No one ever does. It's lonely at the bottom for them, have pity :d

But you must admit the fact they failed a career at the Ronald Mcdonald clown school hasn't dampened their spirits from succeeding on this forum as complete arse clowns, their performance as arse clowns is outstanding! Kudos to them. They finally have a career in something hahaha...

It's not all bad for them though. When someone donates a coin outside their cardboard box on the street instead of buying alcohol they rush off to the local internet cafe and post here which keeps us all amused ROFL....

Agreed this is a great section will be posting up a thread very shortly.

To keep it a great section of the forum, I've adopted a new policy.

442 Admin and mods find it difficult to ban the two trolls from the forces of darkness under forum guidelines for protocol. I now ignore every one of their posts.

I skip past either of those two names in any thread. I have no idea what they say anymore because I never read what they say.

One of them in particular can't handle being ignored. I encourage others to skip past their posts too. There is rarely any constructive football content.

Remember the haters have to hate.
