Hopefully RF sticks with the same starting lineup again this week. Any word on progress of Amadi-Holloway's injury?

+xHopefully RF sticks with the same starting lineup again this week. Any word on progress of Amadi-Holloway's injury? Generally speaking I am happy with either DWH or Mura starting - they bring different things but similar impact to results. Mura holds defenders in place more and will pick up the odd free kick in a dangerous place when they go through him from behind - DWH poses more explosive/random danger. I think Mura might be easier to plan with from a Roar perspective and DWH is harder to oppose. So Mura to start and DWH to come on against tired legs around 60 minutes would be my preference. Mariners though - which would be the better player to oppose Mariners from the start? I haven't seen much of them this season. If they tend to play tight at the back I would start Mura. If they play high and open at the back I would play DWH.
When I wear their colours, I am the club.

CCM were playing 3 at the back with Kim as the central player. there were 2 goals scored from Kim stepping up out of the line. I think DWH would be better suited to that sort of role, he drops off the line more and the bursts into that space.

As young players themselves, both Mura and DWH may thrive against a youthful Mariners side - they both proved themselves against youth to get here and not that long ago. Whichever starts will score 2, the other will score 1 and I am giving Inman the fourth of my objectively tipped goals.

Even in their heyday, no one anywhere other Central Coast was much interested in seeing CCM play. It's always been, Who cares?

Rain expected tomorrow. I know of a few still feel hard done buy watching the ugliness in the Roar the way they played and are waiting this out until there is consistency from the good game of last week. I'm definitely going but the crowd will be low. 7,000

Email from the Roar saying Eastern and Southern members seats will be relocated to level 3 of the Western stand (or level 3 above the Den) for tomorrow's game. The packed Western stand and Den stay as is. Seems the way to prevent the spread of the Corona virus is to move people from their more dispersed Eastern seating and put us together in the Western stand. I just don't get how that makes anything safer or better.

Most likely the “concentration” is for disinfection reasons - they will be all over the toilets, turnstiles, and common areas.

I'm coming off a non-Corona headcold - I am disappointed to say I am likely to miss the game - especially because it is the game that puts us in 4th place (confidence) and could be the last one for a while.

Given the Grand Prix has now been cancelled, it wouldn't surprise me if A-League games either start getting postponed or just played behind closed doors.

Well the Qld Premier is adamant NRL is going ahead. So if that is the case all sport in QLD is still on. It seems reckless ,considering what is happening everywhere and in Queensland already .But not surprising for politicians to be reactive and proactive. I still am staggered three weeks ago i was able to return home from Japan via SKorea and not a word or cautionary action from Customs or the Governement.

The fact that they waited until everyone was already in line for the F1 before telling people crowds weren't allowed and then eventually cancelling it says it all really. The Government's certainly seem to be prioritising economical factors over health.

If they had just bitten the bullet early on,the damage to Australia would have been a lot less. Everyone returning from overseas when the Corona virus first hit our shores, should have been told to take a two week holiday immediately amd take all precautions not to infect anyone else. Clearly no Government anywhere was prepared .Even now in Australia there is no crackdown on all overseas travellers returning.

There are economic considerations of course - people can only buy food and pay the mortgage if they have money and to do that they need to be paid.
Cancelling events and self isolating is one thing, but if the bank repossess you’re home because of these impacts, or the ATO demands outstanding debt etc etc then the wheels fall off society.
Anyway, Roar 3-0 ☠️

Apparently new advice to governments just coming out that any public event with more than 500 people should be cancelled. Might change things.

Any link? https://twitter.com/9NewsAUS/status/1238291807026511872Also on the Guardian's rolling updates, but says it is unconfirmed. Basically just advice from the Chief Medical Officer at this stage, but you'd assume they'd have to take it seriously.
