We have a saying in Tasmania, the difference between Burnie and a tub of yoghurt, is that a tub of yoghurt has more culture. As for Launceston, it's just slightly more boring than Hobart.

2. Sydney, as long as you dont stray too far west 8-[ /Brisbane
3. Canberra
4. Perth
5. Adelaide (can't remember much about Adelaide, only that the water was awful.

Yeah, no idea how everyone rates Perth. It's a nice place to live, but nothing in the way of touristy activities
1. Gold Coast
2. Melbourne (been there for one morning and it was better than Perth. Going there in January as well).
3. Perth
And that's it.
Favorite country towns
1. Margaret River
2. Mandurah
3. Mt.Hotham
4. Busselton
5. Bunbury
6. Walpole

Only ever been to Perth (derp) and Brisbane a few times. Do Toowoomba/Albany count?

EDIT: Also, what do people actually like about Perth? It doesn't seem that great to me lol.

Personally I'd far rather Sydney than any other city in Australia, which is why I moved up here. May not be as "livable" as other cities, but if that's what I was after I'd move back to the country. Don't really see the point in choosing the next 7 cities I'd choose to live in. Perth and Melbourne in some ways are the best, although I'd probably choose to live in Brisbane.

You are a Melbourne Victory supporter. Whenever someone says something bad about the Victory, it is apparently because they are jealous. Using this fantastic and flawless logic, I will assume that you must be very jealous of Adelaide.
