I agree that global orders can be an overreach (I have not read the proposal in detail), but if it pertains to an order from a crime here then that can be considered ok. some defendants can't name people in court cases here, should that be waived as well?
The real issue is that x is showing ultra violent and pornographic material. It's easily viewable by anyone. Broadcasters have standards, and he needs to abide by them. I haven't seen a coherent non-psychotic argument for why everyone should be able to watch and share that.

When he was a priest in Ballarat the Commission found that it was “implausible” that he did not know of a particular offending priests crimes involving young boys, but as he was just a low ranking priest at the time he himself was not personally responsible for relocating that priest to another archdiocese. But of course implausible things happen all the time, and Pell always maintained his innocence with respect to this matter, as he did with regards to the Victorian criminal case that was brought before him, successfully prosecuted to a jury and upheld by the court of appeals, only to be fully exonerated by the Highest court in the land. In fact the Commission dismissed almost all of the allegations made against him, and largely exonerated him of being anything other than a good man and faithful servant of his community. I know all of this because I had heard on the grapevine that he was this terrible person who spent his life protecting and relocated and covered up the crimes of dozens of offending priests, but of course when I did research I found that it was all a bunch of baloney pushed by anti Catholic zealots using paedophile victims to wage a cultural war on the church.
So when TSF and others rant about Pell and his imaginary crimes, rest assured that the driving force of this isn’t moral indignation and concern for young molested boys, it’s their anti Catholic bigotry.
