Im curious about this because in developed footballing countries like in Spain, France, Germany etc they start playing 11 v 11 until 14 I think?

I see around the grounds here and they are playing on the full pitch too early mostly when they 10 or 11 years old I wonder what the FFAs thoughts on this?

And what's the NC representation on this
