Excellent day at the Hopman Cup so far. Cornet vs Mefina Garrigues was a solid game, but Tsonga got pushed to 3 sets by the unknown guy who replaced Robredo. Some great tennis in the 2nd game.

Tomic came back from a first set loss to win today so y'all can quit yo bitchin'.

There's no doubting that Tomic lacks maturity, but he's been under the spotlight since he was 14/15, so it feels like he's older than he is and it's easy to go "oh look at all the things he's done" and forget all the petulent little dummy spits that Hewitt had, the fines he accumulated for abusing the chair umpire, etc.

Watching tomic in the first set he fought for every point second set he was like fuck it .

Regardless of ones opinions on the two men, at least when Hewitt was being a cunt he never wavered in his dedication to the game, at least he always gave it his all. Tomic is no where near that level of professionalism/maturity imo and seems to bottle it pretty easily when things aren't going his way.

It was his first match of the season, after Raonic broke him and then took the third game he probably didn't have the match fitness to play into a third set just yet.

Watched the tomic v radonic match yesterday .tomic gave up the second . And no wonder why people hate on him
