Yo homies
I hear/see a lot of football teams and the like do yoga every now and then.
Just say I wanted to look into doing some yoga to keep myself fit/refreshed/whatever - what/where/etc would I look to find a list of things I could do at home (hopefully without any/many equipment) to do a similar yoga workout to what the eltie football athletes do? Anyone know?

Dunno what the elite do but pilates is awesome. I spend a lot of time doing stretches, not so much warming up for exercise stretches but more concentrated, lengthy stretches. Most of the time its to help with the fatigue that martial arts has left on my joints over the years but I do find it to be very handy in day to day living. -PB

Gone from 72 to 88kg in a year. It took a lot of messing around with diets and what not early on to find a good routine. Very happy I've settled on a plan and am gaining size and weight much better. I am back to 85 though after front delt injury in my shoulder but am back into it and kicking goals. Lol at CrossFit. Not even once.

What can I say. Still, I am a stick. Hence the need to workout but progressively, I'm getting bigger. Shoulders, obliques and forearms tomorrow (Y). Standing military press Lat raises Dumbbell rear dealt raise Flys Forearm curls Reverse forearm curls Sit up variations Dumbbell twists or whatever you call. I'm not good with names of exercises but this day is my longest day and I workout for an hour with few rest breaks. Treat your training like a woman. Get in, get out, get home, get washed. ;) No offence. Is just joke.

On the protein… If i dont drink protein shakes when im doing my muscle building routine, will that mean that; a) i won't get bigger muscles because im not taking protein supplements, or b) my muscle growth will just be slower without the aid of protein supplements than it would be with it?? It isn't as if im not getting protein in my system as i do eat meat for dinner almost every day. Slower. They contain a lot of essential vitamins and amino acids. Don't listen to skinny hipsters that tell you otherwise, they talk so much shit. I wish I had a blender so I could mix eggs and stuff in my shakes. Eat wisely. FWIW I'm also a vegetarian so my weight gain will be slower than most peoples.

Dude at work has laid down a fitness challenge for anyone interested, got a few people keen at work already. Basically we do a few exercises, record results, and in a later time period (after doing whatever training we like) record the results for the same tests and the best improvements are the winners.
The challenge was 6 sets, with a 3 minute break in between each set. I'll put my scores next to it aswell.
Set 1: Pushups until failure (count how many) - 32 Set 2: Situps in 1 min (count how many) - 49 Set 3: Wall sit until failure (record time) - 32sec Set 4: Burpees in 2 mins (count how many) - 34 Set 5: Plank until failure (record time) - 54sec Set 6: 2.5km run (record time) - 14mins
Just further proves to myself that I want a better core. ALl the exercises didn't help that I had no warning that I was going to be doing the exercises, and hence did them less than an hour after a maccas dinner which included a thickshake
So I'll go away and hopefully improve on my results!

Having a look at my results compared to others, my wall sits are at an astronomically lower time than everyone elses. This tells me either there's a misinterpretation on what to actually do. The way I did it was put my back against a wall, feet planted on the ground, and bent my knees until bent at 90° (so relatively low) and just held that position for as long as I could. The other guys at work got a way higher time than me (I didn't do it with them, I did it on my own) so they must have been doing it differently.
Anyway, y'all should do this challenge with me. I get the feeling we record our "improved" results in a months time. FFT Challenge yall!

I started at around 10 seconds the first time I had a session with my old PT, by the time I left that gym it was up around 7 minutes. Closing my eyes, breathing deep into diaphragm, focusing on things other than the pain in your legs & core were what got me through.
