+x+x+x+x+x+xTo be completely honest, I think the HAL is better than the dutch league. It's way better has been for years. The Dutch league is trash. lets see an a-league team beat man u in a competitive match how will a A-League team play a competitive match vs Man Utd ? Club world cup. Until then Eurosnobs will never take the league seriously. Take seriously or give it more credit? I think people (Eurosnobs or otherwise) will give it more credit when there's not a dearth of talented young strikers in the league. When defenders aren't quite so incompetent in their, ummm, defending. Basically, when the quality of the competition improves and we see products being sought after by top clubs in Europe (especially for attacking positions). For that to happen, there need to be quality attacking footballers being produced by the league. This hasn't happened. If anything, we've gone backwards in this respect (although forwards in other respects). agree

For an example of the dearth of talent coming through check out tonight's under 19's result just gone. Thailand 5 - Australia 1. Blimey. Not to mention the match the night before in the U16s. Australia 1-2 Kyrgyzstan :ermm:

Jones with a crucial save and Feyenoord score a minute later. Awesome stuff.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Sorry slightly off topic, but what a neat little stadium Rogic is playing in at Inverness right now.. 7500 capacity and cost £5.5m in 1996 money.. Wish we could have more of that in Aus
More on topic, is it just me or does Rogic look HUGE today? I know he is fairly tall but he always seemed like he had a slight frame, he looks like a fucking beast today

+xi like this from it yet more remarkable then anything he done on the pitch is the fact the 25 year old has already been released bt Bolton and St Mirren. were they mad?
for all the tactical smarts of David Wagner and the fitness of his players, Mooy is the single biggest reason Huddersfield are top of the table exactly

Dougall got ten odd minutes for Sparta Rotterdam, who beat NEC 2-0. Mauk was an unused sub for NEC.
In China:
Guangzhou Evergrande 6 - 2 Liaoning Hongyun - Thwaite subbed on at HT and picked up a 60th minute yellow for Liaoning, Vidosic with a full game and goal for the same team. Hangzhou Greentown 1 - 2 Shanghai SIPG - Spiranovic with a full game for Hangzhou in a home loss. Henan Jianye 2 - 1 Shandong Luneng - Ryan McGowan was subbed off after 20 minutes for Henan with his side down a goal. Either an injury or he was responsible for the goal and has a vindictive manager!

Some shit distribution from Jones at times but done well when it matters. 0-0 at HT.

Not sure if this was brought up but I thought I would look at Jedniak's passing stats for his last game at Villa and he was passing at 59% with only one tackle. Seems like a poor performance even by his past passing stats

However let's not forget that a Dutch team beating ManU was also be them considered a pretty big deal - it was hardly an expected result.

+x+x+x+x+x+x+xwhoscored don't seem to give points for pass accuracy or number of passes from what I can tell their formula looks something like this +0.2 for a tackle or intercept +0.1 for a clearance -1 for a mistake leading to goal or red card -0.2 if you get a yellow card or were dribbled around -0.2 for entire backline (and DMs seem to get a hit) for a goal conceded +1 for last man tackle/cleared off the line +0.2 for a chance created or an accurate cross/through ball/long ball +0.2 for a 15m dribble +1 for goal/assist/hit post -0.2 for being tackled/disposessed +0.2 for a shot on target also your points appear to decline for minutes on pitch that because pass accuracy doesn't mean shit to winning football games....it is of no importance, in teams winning games....people who talk about pass accuracy, are people who don't know what the key things that go to make a winning football player or teams (that most of people in football) the total number of passing is also not statistical importance what is in importance, is the number of passer the go past opponent player , with more important on the number of times passing the ball go past defense positions I kinda agree with your broken English. You can pass the ball infinitum, but the trick is to make forward passes that make a difference. well it not me saying it.....it the Statistical software that says it :) but it is my broken English :) what is your native language ifyou dont mind me asking gypsy some truth in that So what part of Tassie? ;)
