+xJust want to take a moment to recognise how fuc@)&- awesome vuka is doing in Belgium. Plays twice a week in very very good competitions. Up 1-0 away at the moment in turkey. You’re a gun vuka IMO you could certainly mount a very reasonable case as to why he should be the roos number one Absolutely. I think there's a bigger gap between Ryan/Vukovic and the others now

I think there's a bigger gap between Ryan/Vukovic and the others now Sadly, despite some amazing work the last couple of years, I think Vukovic's career will be another what-if. Before the 9 month suspension, it looked like the Olympic shop window would mean a quick move overseas and a Ryan style career progression. Sadly, we'll now never know.

Why on earth are you even comparing him to Brad Smith, someone who couldn't even get a sniff in a shit Bournemouth defence and has been our biggest liability everytime he plays. Seriously sometimes people take this anti Australian player bias too far, there's a reason why we are quite crap currently so no point acting surprised when they aren't in the first team of their clubs or get moved on.
