amini came on 67th minute

Watching him for the firsts for 3 games he looks dortmund standard in bp for say 20-25 minutes then his perfomance drops off and he makes mistakes
his defensive contribution was poor in each game. If his defensive contribution ends up being good he may actually shock us and be a starter one day

Would think he'd prefer to play for Scotland because both his parents are scottish, his grandfather played for scotland and he's lived in scotland the majority of his life.

So he has perfectly valid reasons to play for them then. Still look forward to the torrent of abuse he will no doubt receive on here if he does pick Scotland

Then with the reasons said above, I don't want him and wish him the best of luck with Scotland. We don't want to become one of those nations.

All very interesting stuff. Either way, it's good to see Australian's making their mark, even if international football for Australia isn't a goal of theirs.

On his Burgess' twitter page it seems he is close with a lot of the young socceroos from Perth and was just back their recently for a holiday. I'm sure if Ange wanted to cap him in one of the September friendlies he won't say no.

Opstelling Feyenoord: Mulder; Wilkshire, Van Beek, Mathijsen, Kongolo; Clasie, Immers, Vilhena; Basaҫikoglu, Manu en Boёtius

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Capping in a friendly wouldnt lock him in though. Would have to be Asian cup squad.

Yeah or the next round of qualifiers thereafter.

Amini's on the bench too. Might get a run considering he only played 20 mins with the U23s the other day.

wtf Madaschi (and Jovanovic) starting for Jeju. How long has he been with them? Official website hasn't listed him, nevermind.
