Thing that worried me is Roda's other striker playing alongside Juric was immense during the part I watched. Looks like tough competition for Tomi. From a quick lookup I think it's Richmond Boakye.

This is anybody's guess, but I've an inkling that Deila is seeing how Rogic copes with league football to gauge how useful he'd be in the Europa League. As our contributors who are legit Celtic fans have pointed out, the club is spolit for choice as regards CAMs. Rogic is a lot less established (and perhaps regarded as a bit more of a risk) than at least a couple of the other options for CAM. So perhaps this is a bit of a dress rehearsal.

If so, Rogic seems to be acquitting himself well.

Any more assists for Rogic?

We have plenty of depth in the central midfield. To much depth. The club seems to keep buying central mids for some reason when we need improvements elsewhere on the park. It is beyond a joke now and is seriously frustrating.
