+x+x+xAbout Mooy, if you look on the Huddersfield forum they have been saying he looks like a Premier League midfielder, so not just biased Australians saying it. And yet he just commanded a midfield in a loss to a League 1 side. Now, we can either look at this from the perspective of a) people of the same nationality as him that want him to do well because he plays for our national team b) people that follow the club that he currently plays for and want him to do well because they want their club to do well c) objectiveness Laughable claims made by the like of inala that his "premier league class" was showing in friendlies was happening before. Now less than a week into the season Mooy's been involved in a loss to a League 1 side. The great thing about objectiveness is that it's objective. Like you're being objective. You've had a hard on for Mooy for months now. Funny how you were absent on the weekend when he was MOTM in his first league game. Was that in the thread where I was one of the first posters who said it's awesome and I hope he can keep it up or in thread where I said I hope he does well?

If Messi played for CCM they probably would not win every game but that would not change the level of his abilities.

Besides statistics there is no objective in football. Its a game of opinions. Your posts are interesting when you post your own ideas but when you just give sarcastic comments they're boring. Instead of saying that Inala claim is laughable it would be interesting to hear if/why you don't believe he is premier league class. Make some claims of your own rather than just ridiculing others. My opinion is that Mooy is premier league class from watching him play for Melbourne city and a lesser extent Australia. I think he's premier league class because his touch, and ability to find space is fantastic, his passing and set pieces are phenomenal, and he is a good defender. It's not objective its my opinion.

For those who are interested, Rogic started for Celtic in a 3 man midfield. He also just opened the scoring against Motherwell.

Rogic scored early. Irvine starting. Luongo being rested. Lyden still recovering.

51 Terrific control and skill from Rogic before he slides the ball across goal, with Sinclair almost capitalising.
From twitter. Rogic with lots of mentions. 4:0 now.

90+ mins runout for Rogic. Really liking the looks of both Sinclair and Dembele.

90 minutes for Rogic is such a rare sight!
Hope this is a sign of things to come and Celtic can turn him into a 90-minute player. Really happy he's re-signed.

at least if you play for a club that plays in lots of competitions if the change of coach lands you on the bench you have plenty of chances to show your quality and get back into the side

Pretty clear they were benching him until he signed an extension. Likely to be sold this season.

Agree as long as he gets weekly game time of 30 minutes plus. I missed most of the game against England and all the Greek games, but I thought he had improved a lot on last occasions I saw him play for the Socceroos. At this point in time, Celtic has been a good option for Rogic.

Juric had a pretty good game overnight, played 75 minutes. No goals or assists though. 3-1 win over Vaduz. Kruse assist
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

AS far as players getting game time, at prominent clubs, this coming season is shaping as the best in a long time...

Come back to me after 3 weeks. well we have a few players breaking into decent clubs every year so we've built enough momentum that we can look down our nose at a left back doing well in the turkish league

Mabil and McGrath at 0230 and Gersbach at 0300. Not sure if Mabils red will carry over to a cup match.
Also I'm giving this tag thing on the new site a crack, might be handy to be able to look up posts on a specific player.

The sun has certainly glimpsed over the horizon, and signs of better things to come.

Kudos to Kruse. Tough few years with second division football, relegation bound teams, bad injuries, but he has stuck it through thick and thin and is still in the side of one of Germany's best teams. He could've packed it in at many stages of the journey.
