+x+x+x+xArmenekas in Mondoprimavera's best XI for the first half of the Primavera season: Odd how Ikon was so talked up yet this bloke is tearing up the youth league at a much younger age and not getting any "cap him" cries. ikon had some influential fans but I don't remember him doing well in the youth league till he was 20ish amenekas looks impressive so far. He could probably manage a seri b loan I'd love to say you're referring to me, but I think you mean Ange lol Ikon was definitely banging them away in the Primavera aged 18, and was playing friendlies with the senior side at that time, which I don't think Armenekas has done yet, but sadly he's taking a little longer realising his potential. Plenty of time for both yet, of course. I remember a lot of time VoR had him on the bench for the youth team when 18 how many goals/assists did he get? He actually looks like he has an impressive skill set when playing for the roos but didn't know how to use it. Perhaps he'll come good when he matures

+x+xMat Ryan to Anderlecht is getting a fair old run on twitter. Would be an interesting move, but I still back him to forge a career in Spain, Germany or England starting this January. he could stay at anderlecht for 3 seasons before going back to spain he is so young for a goal keeper and that is plenty of champions league experience i read that the anderlecht deal had been openly canned. it will be spain or France. also les murray has just reported that the kruse and holland china deals have stalled because of the new foreigner rules. as he says"the China gravy train is over". fkn great news tor aus football.

Ikon still hasn't exactly had the chance to spread his wings. We know how stop start it can be and sometimes matches just don't go as you'd like.
Was Mrcela killing it in Korea? He'd be worth considering before Spiranovic if that's the case.

connor chapman going to korea according to the murdoch arse rags. Says a lot about korea if they are taking fourth string defenders. Im a bit surprised. they also highlight that the kruse and holland deals in china are not finalised. this china fall out is the best transfer news this january. i could not have hoped for more. thank fuck that australians are going to have to go to a league and push themselves instead of semi retiring. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/football/a-league/city-defender-connor-chapman-is-set-to-sign-with-korean-club-incheon-united/news-story/5d770a0d27d349b35e65408d9e36f886

Won their last three games I think after a bad run, he seems to have them playing better, but I haven't watched them. Will check this game out, see how our boy goes.

Luongo pressed a Fulham defender into basically passing the ball to the QPR striker so he could score a goal. More of a terrible mistake from the defender then by Luongo though.

The second half for qpr seems to have started the same. It's not very pleasant to watch.

Watch QPR vs Fulham. Luongo. Exceptional
Utterly beautiful to watch
Figure out how to play him, Mooy and Rogic together and you have a world class midfield
The first half I just watched. He is top flight ready right now

Rogic roaming free off the shoulder of the 9, whoever that is.

Wright starting. Barnsley late game.
Terrible with Irvine Jedinak Elder and Mooy not in squad. Is Mooy ok? No info on what's happening there. Jedinak obviously got a niggle and Irvine needs another week.
Fed and Smith on the bench.
Leckie starting away to Schalke.
Valencia Gronigen Bursa and Sparta on later.

Anyone see luongo first half? Instinct through balls, delightful. Close ball skills rogic-esque
