Not in squad again and they've essentially recruited a whole new midfield this winter. I don't think Jedinak is going to go all Lucas Neil but his starting position for Australia has to be questioned with the way Irvine and Luongo have been playing. i heard he had a hamstring issue. after the first loss without him there were a lot of fans calling for his quick return. i dont think he is going to be squeezed out. from all reports he's been one of their best after a horrid first month or so with the club. They lost at the death. He's vital with the way he'll help them keep shape. With our midfield options, I really want to see Irvine start a match. Might Mooy from the bench be a wildcard against Iraq? He's come on for Huddersfield with instant effectiveness. If we run into trouble he'd be there and he'd be fitter for UAE.

In saying that Lukaku was on another level last night with 4 goals.

The player he replaced at half time was a lot worse. he needs regular game time. from what ive seen he is nervous as hell on the pitch and making silly mistakes because he's out of match practice. hopefully bournemouth keep the faith with him otherwise he might need to step down a division and get his sea legs.
