What are your expectations? I don't think coaches can really judge expectations solely from that list. There are several other things that need to be asked. - What are the quality of the players that were selected, both locally and overseas? - Are the players capable of fulfilling the football that was envisioned at the beginning of the season? - How receptive/responsive are they/have they been to my training sessions? - Are they putting in 100% both on and off the field? (playing, training, nutrition-wise, etc.) Not just those, but so many other factors; mentally, physically, player and coach. To even go by that criteria, there'll be no general census, since it'll still be based on perception. Some will believe they can get the best out of a bad bunch, some will think they've actually got the best bunch. Unless you're very familiar with the situation at hand - as in, you're actually involved with it at the time of asking - there's no real way to evaluate.
