Hi All

As some would know, my Girl is in the USA playing soccer at College.

What would you expect is a good result if you where the coach based on the below if this was you?

Summary
You have been coaching for many years and just got a shot at coaching soccer at college level.
The college that has employed you is starting a new program for the girls and didnt field a team last few years.
You are in a small area in North California with limited talent.
You recruit 12 international Girls through talent providers like NSR but also others.You cant meet these girls and only see limited video. Limited squad of 16.
You have 3 weeks to train these girls before your first game

What are your expectations?
There are approx 80 teams in the State split into Northern and Southern regions, approx 40 each to keep it simple.

What posistion would you be happy with based on the above. Please answer by region and State.
By now you have completed 15 games.
