I'm going to add drill number 16 in the Chelsea Academy, in Dirk Can Adidas' sticky at the top of this Peprfrmance page. https://sites.google.com/site/youthsoccerlessonplans/executive-docs It is a very useful exercise as a Warm Up (Passing Practice) exercise. It involves, first touch, running with the ball and passing. If you are reading this after downloading your copy into your computer, good. Initially, have the ball carrier receive the ball with the inside of furthest foot, side on, to the bouncer on the edge of the grid. i've used this with players from age 10 up to 45. They all seem to like it. Change the bouncers, on the edge of the grid to one of the inside ball carriers every 3 minutes or so. Have keepers receive the ball with their hands, and stay permanently on the outside of the grid, and roll the ball back to the ball carrier. I'll add a few progressions.
