This, he's off contract, nearly done and victory are hardly going to want to pay him anything more than a token contrat. Going to Sydney risks the golden mega statue that will be built in his honour outside AAMI Park alongside one of Kevin Muscat snapping Zahra like a twig.

Agree with the above, it's literally inconceivable to anyone that he could play for any other A-League team.

I really can't see why any club would be interested in Archie for next season, its a mystery why he is still a marquee.
After Muscat hang around like a bad smell well past his use by date, you would think Muscat would give Archie another deal.

Six goals and three assists are hardly shit considering the dysfunctional system we've been playing. He's still the joint 6th highest goalscorer this season, after all.

He has maybe one and two more years tops . Last year has to be a super sub . Can't see him starting much .hopefully pain and or nabs starts playing to their potential

There's NO WAY Archie will be Victory's Australian marquee next season.

The Australian marquee position has been pencilled in for Mark Milligan.

Lets face it, Milligan is probably gone, either to Europe or a long awaited pay day in the middle east.

If he was to start all 3 games at the WC he could probably double his asking price in the Middle East or china And the victory could probably get $2.5 mill plus for him.

His contract would be up at the end of next season though, the figure will still probably be 7 figures though, he just might have more options to choose from.
