God that was terrible. Had to watch your game because Vaughn was here watching. Truly dire stuff. I know you won but I don't think any fan can be happy with Sherwood.

Sandro has apparently come out and slammed Sherwood, saying he won't be at the club next season.

Sherwood officially gone. Who's next you reckon? Pocchetino? De Boer? Benitez? LVG?

Poccetino is 2/1 and De Boer is 5/2.
I liked Tim. He told things as they were and we played decent football under him. He never really got the chance that a big name manager would have had and I dislike that.

I don't think De Boer will go anywhere except barca, which means he will be at Ajax until Luis Enrique gets fired. I also don't think you guys will get LVG. Pocchetino would be a good pick up though, or Martinez.

Pocchetino would be a good pick up though, or Martinez. De Boer said in the press the other week that he would rather coach at a club like Spurs than Barca. Because what can you teach Messi and Iniesta? Expecting Poccetino, no matter who it is I just want them to be given full control.

Ok, so Pocchettino in. Exciting, but wold have preferred De Boer.
Fingers crossed we can retain our key players over the transfer window. Only need to pick up a LB and a forward.
And dear god, please don't get me started on Sherwood.

You'd have to be a Liverpool Director of Football to think signing a player coming back from an ACL injury is a good idea.

Players I would like to see at the Lane next year... Alfred Finnbogason, leading scorer in the Dutch League with SC Heerenveen, Icelandic international and only 25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hD72y366FB8Marcos Rojo, we desperately need a left back and this guy looks tops.. Liverpool are interested but with an Argie manager we might be a chance.. If Dawson leaves, then bring back Caulker..

The last striker to come to the Premier League from Heerenveen as Eredivise top scorer was a bloke named Alfonso Alves ;)

Lloris Walker-Alderwield-Super Jan-Rojo Paulinho/Dembele-Sandro Lamela-Lallana-Eriksen Soldado/Ade
One of Soldado and Adebayor to leave, bring in a young striker. Holtby, Kane, Townsend, Lennon, Bentaleb, Dawson, Capoue and Sigurdsson for depth. That is a very nice team, also could bring in a better left winger instead of Lallana so Eriksen can play as a 10.

Eriksen as 10, Holtby as interchange option and Caroll as a third option.

Not that I don't rate him, just that we should spend the cash in other areas

Just as good as a signing... Hugo Lloris signs new deal wrote: “I spoke with the Chairman and I know the Club is as ambitious as ever,” said Hugo. “It’s very important to feel at home at a club and for my family to feel well. I enjoy a great relationship with the Club and the fans. The arrival of Mauricio Pochettino is important as well. I have a good feeling with him. He is also ambitious. "Everything is clear in my head and if I’ve signed a new contract it’s because I trust the Club and I’m sure we will progress in a positive way.
