The only possibility is that Juric might have wanted to wait after the Asia cup, and Mandic was delaying.

This article doesn't make sense on a number of fronts. The part about multiple agents is simply a ruse by the Chinese to save face. He would have turned them down to play in Europe. He has one agent and that would be Mandic. I would be extremely surprised if the deal was for 10 -18m. If those numbers are true then Bernie Mandic has done his job and European teams will be falling over themselves to sign him, particularly if he plays well in the Asian cup. Tommy will play in Europe. Destiny is in his hands.

Legit think he should go to Scotland. Just the kind of player that would succeed over there. Has got results playing compact football with most of his team behind the ball and is well rounded enough to play in different systems.

Rangers for example will be coming up next season and will need cheap but effective players. EDIT: just looked at Rangers' strike force and there's no way he's get much of a go.
