However, Clough as a motivator and Taylor as a talent spotter didn't need any coaching courses, because at what they did best, there has probably been nobody anywhere in the world as good. If Cloughie had left the bottle alone, and stayed with Taylor longer, they would probably have won more titles with far less resources than anyone else. They won the EPL, or First Division titles with Notts Forest and Derby County. These clubs had small budgets and had no success before or after Clough and Clough/Taylor coached them. Clough tried to sign Aussie Craig Johnston. He should've gone there instead of Liverpool. Clough /Taylor also won two successive European (now known as UEFA Champs League) titles in a row. They beat all the big and rich German, Spanish, Italian and English clubs. I'm going to post a few videos of one of the greatest coaches of fall time.
