IMO you're getting into the PFA and FFA debate again, they are both as bad as each other.
So counting that, I think there should be no wage floor, but the minimum wage should be raised to 70-75k, thus giving incentive to the young guns, but if you're not worth more than the cap wants you to be worth, work harder! Look at Mate Dugandzic, great potential, but he was very lazy in training and went backwards after his injury.
But in the whole you are right, the FFA probably needs to pay each club a mil over the wage cap, at least 1/2, to ensure stability and growth. But where is that money coming from?

Can anyone explain why people are buying Memberships off the Bakries ?

Looks like we will have less memberships than last year and there's no way we will hit their target. So hard to build up membership numbers with the annual club financial issues and Glory scandals.

Hopefully Glory can go a whole year without a scandal and we might actually be able to grow our membership base for next season.

Id be embarrassed for any team not beating the Roar on Memberships after whats happened.

Most clubs seem well on their way to last years figures except for the circus.

Even city are not far off without the Villa hype.
