Instead of beating each other up as a football community, how about we help each other out? Does this joint need a jobs thread, where posters looking for work, or employers looking for staff, post here so that 'our own (I.e. the football family) look after each other?

Serious question, but does anyone know who to approach for a doctor's apprenticeship? I went back to TAFE to get my year 11 and 12 done recently but it didn't give me too many options, so I'll still looking for an apprenticeship, but it's really hard without knowing people in the industry. A lawyer apprentinceship would be okay, but I would prefer doctor.

Growing up we used to get big family pies on the way back from the coast. They were good. I had one last year when I was in Australia, but cant remember. I eat about 1 pie every two days(sausage rolls also) as pies are not available where I live.
You could probably find a better pie though. I think I had a curry chicken pie, I finished it.

For the non-Qlders it is pronounced Yatla not "Ya-tahla"

Next time I'm heading down the M1 I may make the detour. And SA people know how to pronounce it though our Yatala is a bit more infamous :lol:

Wouldn't the closest equivalent be med students doing rounds or law students doing internships at a firm?
