I adore bacon and I adore pancakes, but personally I prefer them seperate... In the same meal, but seperate.

Its good. Not with too much fat though. I love sweet and salty. Snickers is probably the apex for me.

I'am open to trying it. but usually I just have my bacon with my eggs.

Its more of a salt and sweet thing working together.

A bacon sandwich with bbq sauce is pretty much the same thing. Also good.

This is also the same reason people marinade pork with eg honey

Bacon and maple syrup on pancakes is the way to go.

Just as good - fry up some bacon till it's rendered and crispy, chop it up into little chunks, throw them in the pancake batter.

Add a bit of booze into your maple syrup for an added kick. Any half decent whisky or bourbon will do the trick.

Want to really amplify bacon. Drizzle maple syrup on it, chuck it in the oven. Maple Bacon.

Epic Meal Time has opened my eyes to a whole new world. It's also gone a good way in clogging arteries and reducing my lifespan by probably 20 years. But meh, better to live on ya feet than die on ya knees, etc.

Bacon, banana, and maple syrup on waffles is the best combination.

Shouldn't have savoury toppings on pancakes, especially not meat.

Having said that, I wonder how ice cream would go with lemon juice and sugar.

I've had lemon and sugar. It's not entirely awful but there's plenty of better things to put on pancakes. Like bacon, and maple syrup.

I refuse to have you sit there and chat shit about lemon juice and sugar pancakes.

Mare yourself some pancakes tomorrow morning, pour some sugar on top and squeeze some lemon juice (from a bottle) and tell me that's not the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Pretty sure it needs longer than an hour to have any effect on your body, maybe a couple of weeks.

Probably still better than lemon & sugar pancakes...

I highly suggest pineapple juice about an hour beforehand. I strongly advise against asparagus.

Add in 3 kebabs a week work humus, Tabouli, garlic sauce and extra onions.
