+x+x+xbe good to see a SEAsian team qualify thailand or malaysia really would like singapore , but their coaching directions is heavily focused on fitness thailand have already qualified for the asian cup by making the 12 qualifiers from the earlier joint AFC Asian Cup / World Cup Qualifiers agreed that SE Asian teams doing well in qualifying would be a good thing, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam might do OK based on their results in the last stage i wonder which SEAsian team could possibly make it to the world cup Based on their results this time Thailand would be the best placed, but they appear to be a long way off finishing 3rd in a group and winning an AFC playoff then defeating an OFC team. They should be aiming not to finish bottom this time around and to get out of their group in the 2019 Asian Cup if the 2nd seeded team is relatively weak.

Surely with 2 bites of the cherry India may get through and looking ahead Bangladesh vs Bhutan seems fairly likely in Match (H)

The FFA (and probably China) should do something to get East Timor's stadium up to scratch.

Looking forward to Kyrgyzstan. I think HK, Singapore and Myanmar will do well. Hopefully Kyrgyzstan can get through. We genuinely struggled against them away and they could spring a surprise at the Asian Cup I reckon. 6 groups of 4 including the 8 teams from these playoffs. Top 2 in each group make the Asian Cup. Kyrgyzstan should be seeded in Pot 1 (along with Jordan and the better teams) and unless they cop a very bad draw and play terribly would almost be a certainty to finish 1st or 2nd based on their form in the last 12 months. The main risk is the ACQ group games start in March 2017 and there is only 1 Match Day so "smaller" countries could lose form/momentum in the next 12-15 months. Awesome.
