Very happy to have Milligan back.

As for the back 3, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Milligan being a part of that as that's most likely where Ange will need him. We know Kev and Ange are in touch, maybe this has come up?

Even though it's better for the Socceroos to have him in defence, for us we desperately need him in midfield. 

Valeri and Broxham arent nearly incisive enough and our attackers can struggle because of it.

I would defo have him where he was for us last time round, needs to be feeding the AM.

Given the size of the current squad that would have to be very close to it. Perhaps Austin to start ahead of Ingham.
It will be interesting to see how KM fills the last 2 import spots. Hopefully a bit more scoring options to help the above.
We have a very solid base squad at the moment. It just needs a bit more flare.

really? I thought our midfield was our weak point last season. Also, Valeri is getting on and is less likely to play out a full season when you factor in champions league. looks like a solid pick up.  

I disagree, midfield three of Valeri-Millsy-Troisi is great and we have Brox and Nigro to cover.
We need to focus on a left back and a winger.
Not saying it's not a good signing if true, just we should be focusing on nailing down those two spots.

Our midfield was weak last year as we had Bozanic/Broxham in it for the season. 

With Milligan coming in, I don't see the need to sign another starting player for that position when there are obvious deficiencies elsewhere. 

Valeri whilst getting on hasn't picked up injuries while he's here yet, and Broxham is a more than capable deputy when he needs to be rested. 

Exactly. Millsy and Valeri as first choice, Bronx, Nigro and Williams as back up. We need first teamers, not further back up players. Particularly need a high scoring winger to replace Rojas.

We have two guys over 30 in the most important spot on the park. 1 who missed an entire season with injury not long ago. It's a position that has killed us not having quality in.

If he is good, thaen this is a no brainer.
