Getting some momentum at the back end of the season.

We have forwards coming back maybe we need to try a new halfback. Wins mean Potter is a chance to stay on and 23 builds on 22.

Still plenty to play for, I would rather be going forward rather than backwards.

After the Rabbits we have an easier game, some players coming back and the chance to post a few wins.

Tonight's game confirmed what I suspected,  losing to the Sharks isn't a disaster, I will not be surprised if they win the comp.

Potter has plenty  of coaching  form to judge him on. Be careful about the last few games  of a season. Remember Dean Pay. As for halfback. We can only hope. They seem to be sticking with  Flanno no matter what at the moment.

DebTe around ‘luck loser’ should have played Nick in Wimbledon semi… I don’t like the idea of someone losing a quarter then possibly going on to win the title due to the winner of the quarter withdrawing…

If the media hacks can be believed our plan was to ship Flanno jnr off to the UK.

Apparently the 2 Flanno's vetoed it citing improved form under Potter.

I agree he has improved under Potter most of the team have.

Energy, involvement and defence all excellent, it is the attacking side of his game where he comes up short, and short by a very long way IMO.

The most odvious candidates for this season are Wakeham and BBO, maybe they are short on energy, involvement and defence, but it is time to find out.

Against the top sides we will not win with Flanno at half unless they have an off day. Equal share of posession and some execution and soild defence from them, our chances of winning plummet.

A new half is needed to go to the next level, if Flanno doesn't like the UK, he can try reserve grade.

Quite subjective. If the teams weren’t playing this style of footy the game would be much more attractive. Every team simply runs block plays and hits it up with little to no creativity. If the six again rule is scrapped and the refs coach the game to the rules it’s a great project. 

Some sides this year have had a real knack of dragging the opposition down to their level… tigers and warriors come immediately to mind…

Klemmer best for Souths.

Even without him in the opposition team they will be hard to beat.

We need to number up on Walker and hit him with hard tackles at every opportunity.

Agreed. I think the rules are to blame. Let’s change them. 

It's as simple as getting rid of th six again rules.

Reserve grade are playing the Panthers this weekend.

Gus mentioned we want to look at a few more young players in NRL before the end of the season.

Here is my list of candidates,

Tanner, Tola, Cook, Makatoa, BBO, Hayward.

There's no upside to the Brooks saga at the Tigers. Wether he goes or stays he's going to cost them a bomb. It just gets worse every time he takes the field.

Panthers lower grades are strong, but I am guessing very few of our players pushed their chances.

I still hope that we have a plan to try a new halfback soon.

Sullivan looks like a good player, I hope that we sign him.

Stopped watching the Bronc-dragons game

Was a reasonable gane, the ref couldn't see anything the Broncs did wrong for the first 20.

Young players stepped up well in both teams.

Golf is always a bad idea, so is haggis and kilts, I'm sensing a trend.
