+xAdam Keighran, Bulldogs junior, having a field day against Fwit Des's side. Scored a hatrick, setup another, nearly had a 4th and has looked strong. Apparently off contract for next year. As is Danny Levi from Manly. How about Isaac Lumelume from the Storm. School - Bass Hill Juniors - Berala Bears. The Fiji flier that got away.???

+x+x+xtype your messageAll good mate. Zef posted a detailed chain of events afew months back regarding bowels or something that he went through. Whatever you guys and girls do, dont dismiss that bowel kit you get from government for 55's-75's. Even ask for one from your doctor if you have any concerns. Bowel cancer is a silent killer and by the time symptoms show up, its probably advanced stage cancer. The old man fought it hard for 18months but odds were stacked against him. Firstly condolences. A parent is a terrible loss and Dad’s are usually best friends too. But at the risk of being indelicate, you should now go to the doc about that problem sh.tting we were talking about. Maybe not the best time to mention you got a family history but also probably the right time. Don’t wimp it, I’ll play the “your old man’s” card - because you know he’d be telling you the same. They’ll just stick a camera up your arse, no big deal. And a big hit at the next “movie night”. At 44 haven’t had a test, but I’ll go with you Marki is you’re so inclined... Im nominating Villi to join us, then we’ll get on the sauce after and talk footy and brawl... I'm in if we skip the doctor part and get straight onto the sauce and footy talk? In all seriousness though..... I'm approaching my yearly checkup. Havent done the camera up the bum yet and got the all clear on the stool check last year.... I'm just worried with my poor diet they'll find diverticulosis or something in me.....and then I might have to give up the burgers and chips I have every 2nd day...

I got hit with a liver cancer diagnosis several weeks ago. A lot of tests, a biopsy earlier this week and seeing a professor again next week. Then I find out the prognosis and treatment. A bit depressing to be truthful.

Hope you get some good news from your tests. As you probably know the liver is a regenerative organ so hope they can treat it and you recover well. Theres so many different cancer types affecting just about all organs in the human body these days. I often wonder about WiFi signals, radio and TV transmissions. These waves cant possibly be good for humans.....

These waves cant possibly be good for humans..... One of the first things they did was determine is it a primary cancer and apparently it is. A good thing is it was found incidentally and not because of symptoms. I went for the yearly medical you get every year after 75. A bit of sugar showed up and a follow up blood test showed high liver function numbers. The weird thing is that apart from the cancers (7cm X 7cm and several small ones) the professor says my liver is in good condition. No cirrhosis even though I didn't mind a few schooners of full strength and had at least one big drink a week. He said you won't hear this from a hepatologist too often but you can have a beer if you want one.

Theres so many different cancer types affecting just about all organs in the human body these days. I often wonder about WiFi signals, radio and TV transmissions. These waves cant possibly be good for humans..... Stay positive mate and look forward to the short off season and Bulldogs going upwards in '21 I hear golf is a good way of forgetting all your problems.....must be something to do with getting angry at that fekking little ball not going where it is suppose to go off your club... Works for me... Hell...I play every Monday and I can assure you it has its moments. Anyone play Hurstville recently? My golf problems were usually evident from hole 1 shot 1. My game these days is watching the clubs slowly rust in the garage.... they deserve a slow death 😁 Now I can enjoy a walk without wasting time searching for white balls... Definitely the most frustrating sport I've ever played... BTW 3 years ago I had a cautionary X-Ray for a hiatus hernia. A spot was found on my lung which turned out to be a tumour which had nought to do with my heria. Like you found early. Professor said we'll whip it out and you are a lucky boy. Scanning every 6 months and now yearly. As Marki said the worst part is the wait on the results of the scan. I must say you are lucky to catch the cancer early, as for anyone who has been to the clinics, you bless your stars when you see the unfortunate people who did not get diagnose early. BTW again I lost a daughter at the age of 4 to liver cancer. A life changer. Amazing how events in life can completely change your character and outlook on the future.

+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xtype your messageAll good mate. Nothing puts you on the back foot like a cancer diagnosis. I got hit with a liver cancer diagnosis several weeks ago. A lot of tests, a biopsy earlier this week and seeing a professor again next week. Then I find out the prognosis and treatment. A bit depressing to be truthful. Mate it's a kick in the guts. I went through it 12 years ago with testicular cancer, hence why I get checks done every year and every year the paranoia kicks in. Definitely the most frustrating sport I've ever played... I had an invite to The Longest Day at Liverpool golf course (where I'm a member) which is 72 holes of golf (4 rounds) in 1 day. I will hopefully be doing it this year. Its $100 charity to cancer council played on 18th December. I'll probably be sore for days as I usually score 92-96 at liverpool per round. The one good thing about me is I dont waste time on the golf course. I walk up, take 1 address shot and then hit.

It was anger turned to satisfaction for him. It was absolute laughter for me....

An amazing sport. Handicaps are a great equaliser. We compete for a club trophy with handicaps 30+ apart and everyone has a chance. What other individual sport can allow people to join a club and compete later in life. And have people like me go from a very competitive low marker to play off a handicap of 19 at the age of 72 and still get the drinks off a scratch marker. As Lee Triveno said the older I get the better I used to be. You should all get up to Coffs Harbour and play the beautiful BONVILLE.

+xTom Starling has been my #1 pick for hooker all year. Last night, he would have made his harshest critics ear their words. I would seriously offer him a 3 year deal worth 1.5M coz he looks like he can change the way we play and if you read earlier posts from myself and Zef, you'll understand why. Tom Starling just signed a 2 year extension at Canberra.

I can hit shots as good as I want to hit them...the good ones that is but they are to often interspersed with the bad ones...can nail a 20 foot putt then 3 putt from 15.

What will interest Dman is the formula for success, having the manager and 2 players in isolation for a positive COVID-19 test. Brilliant... best they have played in ages .... next step infect the whole team... don't worry they have a girls team that can play instead.

The scum of scum...Weidler...perhaps it would have been better to focus on the work with Rev Bill Crews and visiting the homeless on what would have been their mad Monday.. I am sure Weidler is universally despised and as we all know with good reason.
