Unfortunately Des had the last laugh.  He stuffed the club so nothing in it for him to go on.  He got a pay out and he got another job. He's laughing we're still crying.  Best forgotten.

Schoupp isn't in our top 30, but we have 2 slots left.

Tyrone Harding is in the top 30, I don't remember ever having seen him play, no idea what he is like.

Alan is a good option for fullback in 21, maybe the fox in 22, or Averillo.

Good thing is Hoppa should be parked at centre where he belongs, and DWZ is 50th choice for fullback after Odgen who is better at catching bombs.

Harding has a build similar to Bruce Reid.... he needs to spend at least 2021 packing on some serious weight

Allen is a good pickup. In the immediate future he can play FB, wing, center with distinction. Probably fill in at 5/8 in game in case of injury, and within a year or two, maybe even now, play back row.

Covers a lot of bases, gives us freedom of decision on what outside backs we move on at the end of the season because we got cover for them all now.

In-form player, very versatile and instinctive.

I am not a great fan of his but I agree he is versatile. He looked worse than DWZ catching the high ball in origin but did well for South’s. However the last two that I remember having shockers for QLD on debut were Lockyer and Hodges. 

He didn’t have a shocker, he dropped a bomb and another ball in general play, along with setting up a try, and set up another what should have been a try except Val Holmes dropped a sitter worse than the two Allen dropped.

He’s a solid professional player, on the cusp of being a very very good solid professional player. Won’t ever be superstar but you can’t have them all.
