I really don’t think Atoni’s all that special myself. I think the only reason he gets any fanfare is because he’s better than some of the other stiffs like Ogden and a few others of our young forwards we had so much hope for. If he was on the market from another club would we be chasing him ‘22 or looking for better?

Napa being retained ahead of Atoni is the part I question.

No idea how Stimson is going in reserve grade, but he may be able to cover edge and middle.
Stimson for Wardell I have no problem with.

Ogden, Atoni & Waddell named in the Mounties team 

Atoni and Odgen are great in attack.
Odgen is consistently ordinary in defence, Atoni has good and bad games.
Last game I question Atoni's effort in defence on 1 play.

Atoni may be fed up with losing, all the more reason to put the effort in.

We need players who are good in attack and defence anything else is playing the game with one arm.
