6000 for a regional team that hasnt even won a game - and people fear small clubs and an unbalanced league What is missing is the big clubs and big clashes to balance it out

Why anyone turns up to Mariners games is beyond me, these past 3-4 years have been awful and they deserve credit for producing 6k crowds under the circumstances.

Wanderers are 10 home away from a new stadium that should help with next year's attendances.

Unlike the Mariners, Wellington have never - not once - produced a different version of itself or a different circumstance to be judged upon. That's why we want them out.

I think crowds have settled in to a pattern now
SFC VS CCM 9k AU VS Nix 8K WSW VS MV 9k MC VS Jets 8K Roar VS PERTH 9k
Roar or Wanderers could both top 10k but only just, possibly SFC as well

The good news is that Nova are advertising the shit out of the SydneyFC double header, the bad news is that they are advertising it for Saturday instead of Friday and at times, for ANZ Stadium.

12000 at Jubilee looks good. Not sure why they need a stadium this is perfect with a few cosmetics. Phoenix and Wanderers are hard viewing because of their stadium Roar is not far off being this way. At least the Wanderers are not far away, Spotless is the dumbest pick of the stadiums, better to lose a few live fans and go for the surburban grounds. Shows what happens when you consult the RBB maybe they can organise another ban if they are not busying doing one now.

I know we had 18k members and Panthers Stadium is only 20k capacity and 8k seats. But even then the ideal thing to do would have been to give 8k members seats with the remaining heavily discounted hill membership. For Sydney FC it's been great going from an oversized stadium to a smaller stadium which is also closer to many fans. It would have been even better if they fucked off the SCG. Just like at the old Parramatta Stadium where we only had room for about 2k supporters it would have been great if the game was kept at Oki Jubilee with only 2k or less WSW fans allowed there, after all it should be all about home advantage. These smaller stadiums are the way to go looking ahead. Melbourne Victory should keep all games including the derby at AAMI Park too.

I also feel sorry for Brisbane fans who show up in decent numbers yet get slagged for shit crowds when in reality they get good crowds but unfortunately it looks crap on tv because of Suncorp being 52k capacity.

+xYup, much better than I expected for a Friday night. Pretty much the only club consistently getting plus 10k crowds bar Victory.

“Why anyone turns up to Mariners games is beyond me, these past 3-4 years have been awful and they deserve credit for producing 6k crowds under the circumstances.“ Either nothing better to do in gosford or the loser mentality of the Mariners has infected the psyche of Central Coast residents.

+x+xWSW v MV - 7,062 (daily telegraph) I think its the 2nd smallest crowd in the clubs history. Yeh excluding regional games I think 6,612 was our lowest crowd so at 7,062 you'd think that would be the 2nd smallest crowd we've had.

The weather would have contributed but based on current form and general indifference towards the club I only see them having 1-2k more on a nice night, need to sort their shit out before going back to Parra. Place stinks of late 90s northern spirit vibes.
