Romero is loved and supported by their fans and Real Sociedad coach.  Just because Ryan did a good job that doesn't mean he will jump straight to their number 1. Their fans r appreciated that they have a good 2nd keeper but they still want Romero as number 1.

Charlotte would have ambitions and with Riley playing well it just increases the reason to keep him. I think the owner is pretty cashed up so the transfer $ won't mean much to him. I think they would want to keep McGree for their own benefit.
