Nice to see Iredale get on late as Wiesbaden pushed and got a draw.
Peupion bench. No Souttar. Ridiculous as Coady is still out but it appears some youth centre back makes the bench. They play with a back 3 so two injuries would see Souttar back in the frame.
Elder gets a start for Derby while Silvera starts and McGree on bench for impact no doubt. Glover bench too.
AMB bench again while Ipswich boys are starting.

Yazbek starting with Daggers on the bench. Mabil & Laws both on the bench. Tyrese Francois is on the bench against City - this is great to see after being away for so long. Gilsenan bench for Blackburn. Middlesbrough fans blowing up about McGree not starting - a lot of them calling him their best player.

Is Souttar stuck with Leicester now? I'm starting to hate this coach and I'm happy that Leicester lost today.

+xIs Souttar stuck with Leicester now? I'm starting to hate this coach and I'm happy that Leicester lost today. Think so unless and emergency loan is possible. I'm livid. Sure coaches have their way but the absolute dismissal makes no sense. The coach likes passing and Souttar's long ball is excellent.

Great player but made a couple mistake with high Line & offside trap last season. Faes has made way more mistakes and still their main CB. Can't help to think he got overlooked cuz of being an Australian player and not Belgium.

Troyes recovered from 0-2 down to draw 2-2 at home. They currently sit 10th.

+xDid any AA get a win last night? Ipswich with a comeback win against Cardiff to go to 2nd on the ladder - doesn't look like Mass had his best game, but Burgess played the full 90 mins. Portsmouth won, but Robertson on played a min!!!

Circati with another 90 mins for Parma & still top of Serie B. Leicester's Italian Manager used to play for Parma himself, maybe he should sign him instead of all the Man City Academy boys!!!

Carrick came close last year but without vast improvement he's likely gone by Christmas. Crazy the difference this year and last.

Garang played well
interesting fact about hearts, they are evolving into a more modern side
celtic average 550 passes per 90, rangers 450 and hearts 380 and all have around 66% possession. So hearts are circulating the ball much slower than the glasgow giants
however the next highest passes around 250 passes per game. Hearts ball circulation this season resembles most other leagues in the world. So if they are changing their style it could be painful at first but work well in the long term
it could explain why they sign aussies and japanese players if they have a long term vision to become less hoofballish yet dont have the cash to buy from the top na to ons

+xMabil got the whole 2nd half Unfortunately no minutes for jelacic or neiwenhof Hrustic, Rogic, Souttar, Jelacic and Hof are the only osaussies not getting game time at the moment so its been a pretty decent start will be interesting to see if tillio gets some game time

+x+xDidn't realise it had been scheduled for Wednesday. Hibs smashed 5:0 at home by Aston Villa. Boyle and Miller full games. Jeggo subbed on at HT. Lewis Miller, got badly shown up for the rank defender that he is. He is nowhere near the required level. I said on this forum when he was at the mariners, that he was never good enough. Lewis Miller with another Man of the Match performance. Not bad for a bloke who can't play.

His game style is very suited to British football and whilst I don't think he's skilled enough to make it to the top in England I think he'll end up having a very decent career either in Scotland or England.

May pop up somewhere in Asia but I think it will be a quiet exit from football from him when it happens.

He will probably have a career similar to dougall. Good enough for league 1-lower championship but not quite international standard.

I think there is scope for Miller to fill a role at international level in a similar way to Irvine. Not our best player but a useful role player. Particularly as we are light on for options in the role.

It’s always healthy to have multiple options for any position, as that way you have the benefit of selecting the players currently in form.
At the moment it’s Strain and Atkinson making every squad, but good to have Miller there as a 3rd option if either of those two drop out of form, or pick up an injury.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LA3pdVyxbwMNice chances and attempts by Kuol. Got shoved off the ball once too. Hopefully more starts like that and the scorer points will come.
