Welsh has always looked like he could turn out to be something special.  Hopefully he continues improving.  That said, I will be more relieved/relaxed once Jullien has fully recovered from his injury and starts playing again.

It does/would help that he came into a team who have players who already had the skill set he requires for the way he wants to play. The best thing Ange has done to date was the signing of Kyogo Furuhashi. What a great bit a business.  What a signing/player for Celtic he has so far turned out for us.

Once the team gets a few more players in, and the players/the team as a whole get their fitness levels to the required level, it should be a good time to be a "Tim" 🙂🇮🇪🍀

He is on a one year "rolling" contract, which means he will always have a year remaining on his contract, regardless of how long he has been there.

As of today, he still has a year remaining on his contract, exactly the same as the day he signed.  If he is still at Celtic come January, he will still have a year remaining on his contract.  If he is still at Celtic in two years from now, he will still have a year remaining on his contract (unless there is a new contract signed with different clauses etc).

As things stand, he has a contract for as long as he and/or the Celtic board are happy for him to do so.

German sky adamant Bremen deal was done but it says it was rejected here. Think he might be sold on Celtic. Bremen are broke. 

From the highlights that I've seen of him he looks like a quality target-man type player, which could be lethal with the quality of our wide players. Hopefully all these deals that are suppose to be close to being finalised happens in the next day or two.

30 odd goals in the Dutch league for a club that just got relegated ..... sounds like a good little bit of business for me :) Has a good wrap as a hard trainer and great attitude. Just breaking into the Greek national squad at the moment and I heard Mike Valkanis had a chat to Ange about him and gave glowing reviews. 
Farkin loving the Celtic-South Melbourne connection at the moment. Was alway a "fan" but found myself watching much more intently these days.

"The 12 Month Rolling Contract

This is a contract that is often mentioned in relation to managers and coaches of football clubs and is favoured because it allows a person to be employed for one season during which the fortunes of the club may change; promotion or demotion may, in the club’s eyes be tackled better with a new person in charge, for instance.

The 12 Month Fixed-term Contract is well understood by most people to be one that ends automatically when the season ends but many are confused when the word “Rolling” is included. Many users of social media have said that they interpret a 12 Month Rolling Contract to be a standard Indefinite-term contract as defined in the first section above and the notice period for either party is 12 months, rather than a more normal 30 days.

However, this is not the case: a 12 Month Rolling Contract is a 12 Month Fixed-term Contract, as defined in the second section above, that includes clauses under which each party can ask the other to renew it, or “roll it over”; either party can decide not to renew and there is no obligation on either side to pay compensation in such a case.
