+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xDid the active fans end up walking out after 20 minutes for the GF to Sydney APL decision like all the other games in this round did?? Try and keep up mate So those self righteous knobheads who think they can control league and club policies have finally pulled their heads in. Good to know. NSL crowds were better behaved and backed their clubs when league HQ made stupid decisions. E.g. removing traditional club names. No entitled behaviour by fans then. Perhaps that's what you get with real traditional fans compared to the plastic self entitled instant gratification social media attention seeking triggered generation. Revisionist And lol - there is plenty of NSL fans who are equally if not more plastic - just look at the EPL merchandise on some ffs, despite ZERO connection to the clubs other than they were marketed to them or because they used to win a lot. As plastic as it comes. I find it funny seeing some old football friends who support Melbourne Storm - lol a team originally concocted by rupert murdoch to make $$$$$$$$ And to say better behaved is laughable - there is idiots over every generation. None are better or worse than each other. It's all swings and rounabouts and a bunch of over paid wankers kicking pigskin around. There was no walkouts. No demands to meet with league hierarchy to discuss. No self entitled expectations to be heard. People Simply supported their clubs. I am guessing you didn't follow football in the 70s, 80s or early 90s. This is so far wide of the mark it's clearly just a troll Please enlighten me where there were fan protests, boycotts or walkouts Haha. That the best you got??? A banner?? I suppose you can consider it a protest. 😂😂 From 2004. Still supported their club right to the last day of the NSL. That's where the photo is from. The NSL was dead the day after that photo. I prefer this photo from the early 90's Olympic Park. https://images.app.goo.gl/3UgLkL6zvFB6mmcc6We knew the NSL wasn't perfect. But we loved it and our clubs. No boycotting or walkouts. No demands to meet with league hierarchy and have a voice. 😂😂 Kept supporting our club on the national stage.
Any other examples of these "A-league type protests by the attention seeking active fans" in the NSL ?? 🥱🥱 Apparently there were some during the 70s, 80s and 90's???🧐🧐

Please enlighten me where there were fan protests, boycotts or walkouts and demands from fan groups to meet with league hierarchy. The only protest I remember may be from the 90's when Heidelberg were booted out of the league and their fans may have protested. Especially after they installed lights at Olympic village that season when league criteria demanded it. Booted out Along with Melita and Brunswick Juventus

What's Melbourne Storm got to do with it?? More to my point, NSL fans just supported their club. Didn't try to control what the league does. Didn't spit the dummy when major changes were made to the league. E.g. moved to summer. Club name changes. Finals formats. P/R removed and reimplemented, etc. There was no walkouts. No demands to meet with league hierarchy to discuss. No self entitled expectations to be heard. People Simply supported their clubs.

+x+x+x+xDid the active fans end up walking out after 20 minutes for the GF to Sydney APL decision like all the other games in this round did?? I doubt the disgruntled fans even bothered going to this match in first place. Attendance has been poor for most games since that retarded decision by Apl. Adelaide v City GF in Sydney will do the decision justice 😆 Official attendance was 6,423. Not surprising to be honest. It didnt look terrible for a Wednesday and only 3/4 of a game... 20000+ for 21 minutes 6000+ for 69 minutes. Probably the biggest Melb derby crowd for over 5 years.

brook and vellupalay (spelling?) look great. If there was a second division they would have the match sense to go with their skills
Aiden o'neill is probably in the top 3 players in the league right now

City score a 2nd, O'Neill smashes it into the roof, the seas parted then for City.

If the Horda Hooligans had any sense of pride at all they would find a way to have this game stopped again....

+xSo Jamieson can play and Glover is still on the pitch....got it FFS, I wouldnt care if City were just awarded the 3 points but those two decisions are pathetic I'm surprised they also didn't bar the MV players that were signed during the Jan transfer window as well. Doesn't matter, It'll just make it all the more sweet if MC lose.

If Victory can somehow turn the result around and win, pretty good chance they would get to 6th by the end of the weekend.

+xI wanted this match played behind closed doors personally. It's a joke how they have done the tickets full priced on a Wednesday night Wait, did people have to re-purchase tickets? If you had a ticket for the original game, did you have to buy a new one?

To me, MV should've forfeited the game. It does seem a bit silly to be resuming it all this time later.
Anyway, now that it's being played, I hope to see a great game to make it all worthwhile.
