* Fans Brought In Alcohol and Field Marshall's Told Them, But Failed to Listen
* Destroyed the Stadium Grandstand.
* Threatened Violence
* Putting Peoples Lives at Risk, Including, Women and Children
* Failed to Control Supports.

Therefore Its No Arguement from St. Albans Saints. Done and Dusted.

I don't think 9 points goes far enough. It's about time clubs like this start getting sent to the lowest rung of the league ir kicked out for good.
The FFV needs to grow some balls and make the people running these clubs accountable. Kick them out of the league for continued poor behaviour and any of the Club's senior heirachy be unable to hold a position of power for "x" amount of years.
This bullshit has started in my league and the local federation hasn't got the balls to do anything and it's on the verge of boiling over.

Its amazing how the bandwagon brigade can make comments and pass judgement on something they know nothing about. This incident took place like 6 weeks ago, and you blokes have just heard about. I think that really says a lot, total disconnection from grassroots football. Well done to all of you.

Thi incident took place at the Frankston Pines ground, instigators of it were a group of thugs that congregate at every Pines match. And MvFCArsenal16.8 if you actually had any clue you would know the poor reputation those Frankston lads have. These guys are not football fan, and they aren't even Pines supporters. They are members of one of the local aussie rules clubs, they come to matches for a piss up. They smuggle in bottles of alcohol and spend the game throwing abuse both about the sport and throwing abuse at opposition players and fans with their favourite bogan past time of racial slurs. No one at the Pines has ever had the balls to confront the thugs.

They are the guys that were mouthing off at the match, its what started a small bust up after the match as people were leaving the ground. The incident itself was a nothing event, only a handful of people involved, a few punches thrown, mostly just pushing and barely lasted a few minutes. Hardly an event bringing the game into disrepute. It wasn't a 'brawl', and it didn't put anyone's life at risk as the FFV tribunal's sensationalist ruling says.

The initial verdict handed down by the FFV saw both clubs found equally guilty, and they were ridiculously suspended for the rest of the season. Both clubs appealed, and all of a sudden the appeals tribunal decides responsibility lays with the Saints and not the home-side the Pines, Saints get a point deduction why the Pines escape with nothing. A joke. One of many jokes this season which has seen the FFV destroy the game at the state level, with indiscriminate and inconsistent rulings that have seen massive fines and point deductions handed out in incredible numbers. Along with total mismanagement of the game, on levels that not even the old Soccer Australia was able to dish out.

the frankston pines are fnie fans i should know my in laws live that way and the are a good bunch and know im not english or scottish im filo and my inlaws are bosnian . the saints were once a proud club but are now known for all the wrong reasons.

Also Green Gully are a scum club, and everyone involved at that club are scum. It is single handedly the most hated club in the VPL, I wonder why that is? The Maletese community has completly turned its back on the club, thats the clearest indictaion of what Green Gully has become. You clearly know nothing about the VPL or the actions of Green Gully over the years. Igonrance never stops the stupid people such as yourself from talking.

Conecting with one punch can do alot of damage to a person, If you hit in the right spot it can be deadly, so saying a few punchers being thrown isnt putting lives at risk is wrong,

Green Gully has a dozen supporters at every game. I couldn't careless about your uncle, his invlovement with the an immoral club like Gully says a lot about his character.

Where you at the match? no. You didn't even know about the incident until weeks later, yet you feel you have enough knowledge to pass judgement. That’s a joke. Explain to me how the initial finding saw both clubs found equally guilty, and only in the appeal did we see this reversed, saying St Albans were the guilty club. Frankston are the home-side, responsibility for security and crowd safety lays with them. And let’s not forget the incident was between two sets of supporter, it takes two to fight. To lose 9 points, that has cost the club promotion is a ridiculous judgement from the FFV. the incident barely had a dozen people involved for ffs, and took place after the match with, most supporters having already left. There have been much worse incidents in this state yet never has such a punishment been handed down. Explain to me how that makes sense. There is zero consistency in the FFV's judgements, that is the main problem. they make it up as they go along, and all clubs in this state have had enough of the way they run the game. Well thats all clubs except the wonderful green gully, the only club in Victoria that supports the FFV
