Many, many seasons ago (I specifically remember Jedi was playing for CCM) I played & finished 4th overall. After that, I haven't played.

I remember running into him at Terrigal one day. What blew me away was how massive he was in person - I never knew he was that big!

Yeah he's lanky as fuck! :lol:.

And yet he just glides across the pitch. But i think he does have to work on using his size to his advantage, he's still pretty weak in a challenge.

I never fully appreciated how awesome his footwork, turning, and general athleticism was until I saw him in the flesh.

I used to play with him at ANUFC in 2009. Best player I've ever played with. Was big back then too. I used to see him a bit 'round Canberra but I don't think he's been back in a while.

That's awesome! How good, yet slightly depressing, is it to have played with guys and being able to watch them play at a high level?

I've played with a few HAL players, and against many of them in Newcastle state league. I've also had the pleasure of playing with&against many former NSL players. It's a delight to watch these guys either still playing after a pro career, or see them go on to bigger & better things.

I once nutmegged Brendan Renaud.

I played with Riley Woodcock and Scott Galloway in Under 11s. Often covered Riley on his frequent runs forward (most of them ended in goals).

Used to play with two of the current Futsalroos. One of the, is an utter dick, the other is an 11/10 bloke
