Just out of curiosity!!! How do state federations run their coaching department?
Do they have a program that follows the new national curriculum?
Does the Technical director of each state federation impose that the NC( national curriculum ) be adhered to ?
Do coaches take it into their own hands as to what they will implement in their sessions what the NC is stating?
Do coaches just do what they think is best?

Lets just see if the NC is really being implemented!!
