edit: I bothered to look it up. If you are from Latin America, Phillipines, Andorra, Portugal, Equatorial Guinea or Sephardi you need to accumulate 2 years. Everywhere else 10 years.

Decided to start a game with West Brom. Season expectations were to survive relegation, well im happy to say ive more that exceeded their expectations.

West Brom just finished in 7th in my save. They finished 7th the season before too. They're becoming competitive, mostly because of signing Barazite and Schelotto.

So I signed Sergio Canales off Real Madrid for 4.7m thinking "bargain back-up there. Bags of quality."

First season: 8 league apps, 6.55 av rat. 13 total for 6.61.
Second season: 4 apps for 6.50.
Third season: Subbed on for first pre-season game, sent off after 12 minutes. Second game, started, sent off after 26 seconds.

Playing against San Marino in Euro 2016 quals at Wembley...4 goals in the first half, 5 in the second...ref adds 1 minute of added time.

That happens in real-life to. If the referee believes the other team is too far behind, it's only 1 minute, I've seen it before. No need for more stoppage time.

Tbh, when the score is 9-0 and one more goal will break the record for biggest win, I want as much added time as I can get.

My star left mid Iago Falque who has been immense this season just got a 3.3 rating in a 6-1 loss to Man City, that's the lowest I've ever seen.

3.1 is still the worst I've seen. Wasn't playing for me. Defender gave away 2 penalties, an interception and got sent off :lol:

I've had a defender get 2. He scored 3 own goals and conceded a penalty before eventually replaced him.

Fuck that. After a second major mistake, I pull a defender.

It was cup game I didn't want to be in so I put out the youth team. He was a youngster that I wanted to give game time and the defenders on the bench were dreadful. I gave him 70 minutes to come good but he just got worse and worse.

A lad just had a similar thing happen in my game. His manager (Strachan) says in the media "actually, I don't think he performed that badly" (scored a 3.4).

Starting to get back into FM. Left my Celtic team, just because I'd need a fresh start to properly get back into it. Have come to a 3-way choice for my next job;

Athletic Bilbao
CSKA Moscow
AC Milan

It's about 10-15 games into the season, all 3 are bottom half of their respective tables. Leaning towards Athletic because the whole Basque thing sounds like a fun challenge. CSKA would be cool, I've only ever done Russia once before. AC Milan is the easy option, I know Serie A fairly well, and they shouldn't be too hard to get back up the table.

Will probably decide later.

Back where i started, playing a game with Bury. Doing shit in real life so i felt the need to regain my confidence in them :D

I'd go Athletic for sure. They seem to do really well in all my saves too. Currently sitting second in my current save.
