I'm looking for nothing less than a Grand Final appearance this season for the boys. With the squad we have should be able to get there easily.

id like for us to go a step further. and we have the depth to do so.. consistantcy will be the key for a top two finish. we fukd up big time last season against sutherland at home... and then choked against marconi in the final series...

i do think you will win the final series. but i dunno about topping the league. footballs ironic, so it wont suprise me at all to see your mob finish 2nd or 3rd and end up wining the finals

A 1-0 win over Olympic, even though we didnt play well, we still managed the win, and thats what good teams do!! we are still the better side, and still have the better supporters :)

two slip ups in the past weeks. 1-1 with berries and 2-2 with wolves, arguably the two weakest teams in the comp. this weekend the big one. Sydney United v BWE at king tom saturday 11.30am, closed behind doors. no fans.

Only members of the home club get in IIRC. It's shit I can't get in I'm a member of the club King Tom but that doesn't count as Sydney United membership.

Riot squad? a Army Reserve battalion on standby in case backup is needed? Me and my Dad spoke about this last year if they happened to meet ion the GF. Honestly the only way to ensure safety would to close it to the fans. All it takes is one dickhead on either side to fuck it all up. Live telecast of the game at the respective clubs would be a good idea since it would be at a neutral venue.

That's fair enough. Wasn't having a go at you or anything, just curious... As for a BWE-United GF... well, it is very, very possible. Theyre the two best sides in the competition on paper
