united reduced to 9 men. Who got sent? Been a bad few weeks for us. 2 games we should have won and now this. That's wierd. Mirjan Pavlovic signed by Sydney United 26.03.10 15:29 Mirjan Pavlovic (right) shown playing with the Newcastle Jets' youth squad, has been snapped up by Sydney United for the remainder of the 2010 NSW Premier League season 2009 NSW Premier League Premiers Sydney United have recruited former Newcastle Jets National Youth League attacker Mirjan Pavlovic for the remainder of the season. The 20-year-old was part of the West Sydney Berries setup in 2009 where he played with the club’s Grade 20 squad but then got his chance through senior coach John Calleja and played three matches in the NSW Premier League. It was there Pavlovic was recognized by the Jets who recruited the promising youngster to its youth league side and scored a couple of goals. Senior Newcastle Jets coach Branko Culina then gave the Croatian born striker his chance to experience senior football by playing a full match in the club’s 2-1 loss to Adelaide United at EnergyAustralia Stadium in the final Hyundai A-League match of the season. Pavlovic will add more spark to United’s attack who already boost the likes of Elsid Barkhousir, Luka Glavas and Player/Coach David Zdrilic. Pavlovic could feature in this weekend’s round 6 clash against the Bonnyrigg White Eagles. -By Mark Stavroulakis http://www.nswpl.com.au/index.php?id=554&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=3511&tx_ttnews[backPid]=537&cHash=d61b7f0576

That's fair enough. Wasn't having a go at you or anything, just curious... As for a BWE-United GF... well, it is very, very possible. Theyre the two best sides in the competition on paper

1-1 with berries and 2-2 with wolves, arguably the two weakest teams in the comp.
this weekend the big one. Sydney United v BWE at king tom saturday 11.30am, closed behind doors. no fans. Scared of riots? Just precautionary. Did the same thing last season after 2005's events. Only members of the home club get in IIRC. It's shit I can't get in I'm a member of the club King Tom but that doesn't count as Sydney United membership. whats to happen if we meet in the semis or final? thats another question altogether... Riot squad? a Army Reserve battalion on standby in case backup is needed? Me and my Dad spoke about this last year if they happened to meet ion the GF. Honestly the only way to ensure safety would to close it to the fans. All it takes is one dickhead on either side to fuck it all up. Live telecast of the game at the respective clubs would be a good idea since it would be at a neutral venue.
