I am play with Caringbah Redbacks at the moment, we just won the AA4 premiership! Spent 15 years playing for Lilli Pilli and 5 years at Engadine Eagles playing 21As and PL1s.

I'm good friends with Gary Freeland (the President of the Caringbah Redbacks) and will be taking a U12s or something similar team next year. Possibly with another mate of mine that I have been playing with for 15 years. Hoping to learn a lot about coaching and developing skills.

I will be contacting the Sutherland Shire FA for details on community coaching clinics etc. Are you aware of any running over the summer?

Absolutely riveting article there Andy. I stopped everything and couldn't think of anything but finishing reading it. It is really inspiring reading and has me excited about my first deluge into the coaching foray next year as a take a team of U12s at my local club.
